Satin-like smooth surfaces invite visitors to indulge in an experience of visual and tactile sensuality. Touching my creations is essential.

My sculptures range from small table-pieces to 2 ton garden sculptures. I have won an supreme award for sculpture in 1998 and 2005. I have participated in 20 stone sculpture symposia, in NZ,  Australia, Germany and Switzerland. I have co-organised many of them. Much of my work is commission based. They can be found in private collections and public places, in NZ and overseas.

EVA BUSCH
I have been passionate about sculpture all my life. After finishing my art degree I trained as a public relations consultant and worked mainly in arts management. In 1993 I decided to return full time to my passion and work "hands on" again. My main medium is the beautiful cream-white NZ limestone. : I only use dense, hard varieties. My work shows a strong emotional connection to universal symbols and archetypes and the natural environment of the Pacific. It also reflects my profound sense of harmony & balance. I work in figurative and abstract styles trying to capture the essence of a subject.

Born 1953 in Berlin. In Godzone since 1980. 30 years experience as enamel artist. Professional sculptor for 15 years. - The strong light and vivid colours of have inspired me to go forward by returning to work with fired copper-enamels, but in new ways. Traditionally a jewellery technique it also offers amazing artistic possibilities.

Today my vibrant and lasting copper-enamel inlays are either found in big wall panels or as part of my sculptural work in stone and wood.   Truly Golden Tiger!

I have initiated, organised and participated in many stone sculpture symposia in New Zealand, as well as in Australia and Europe. My creations can be found in many private collections in NZ and overseas.

After 10 successful years our gallery closes its doors after 31OCT08 to give us more freedom to expand artistically.

We have decided to pursue our respective careers as award winning artists on a mainly global level. This requires more flexibility and independence. But Waiheke will stay our base to which we will return frequently!

So you can still email and commission us, or find some of our Golden Tiger creations now at the John Freeman Gallery in Oneroa village.

Many thanks to all our loyal customers and art collectors from here and around the world who made the past 10 years so special and successful for us.

Please stay in touch! Blessings to you all!
