Two spacious rooms one room with queen size bed and also a single bed, both with ensuite, and a shared kitchenette with microwave and fridge.

Also a large shared lounge/dining room with TV for your relaxation.

Both rooms have their own entrance and a deck off both rooms.

A self service continental breakfast is provided to be enjoyed at your leisure in the shared dining room. A private spa pool is also available for your relaxation.

Rate per night $170 per couple, $30 charge for extra person in B/B room. Longer stay negotiable. All linen provided. Complimentary coffee-tea-sugar and milk. Plus continental breakfast provided. Complimentary ferry pick up from Matiatia wharf.

Apartment:
Rate per night $220 per couple All linen provided. Basic starter pack of coffee-tea-sugar and milk provided. Complimentary ferry pick up from Matiatia wharf.

Booking directly through Kowhai Close an immediate 50% deposit of total booking price is required.

CANCELLATION:
If cancellation made within 14 days of arrival day, loss of 100% of the total booking price. If cancellation made within 60 days of arrival day, loss of 30% of the total booking price.
